Ballbar Analysis
Ball screws and servo motors are inspected and, if necessary, replaced with components that meet the original factory specifications.
Once all this has been done, the machine is then reassembled and moves through the testing and quality control that any new MAG machine would be put through. This way, you can rest assured that a MAG remanufactured machine meets all current factory specifications.
And finally, before the machine is ready to ship out, it is calibrated on all three axes. Additionally, a ball bar test is performed to ensure proper positioning and repeatability.
What does this mean for the customer? It means that every remanufactured machine that leaves our facility is ready to do the job you need it to do; increasing your productivity and your bottom line.
So, if you are looking for an ecologically–friendly, cost–effective machine– MAG Maintenance Technologies is your solution provider!
