Service Parts

A key factor in MAG Maintenance Technologies‘ success as your strategic partner is our understanding of your complete solution. In our portfolio of critical services, service parts play a vital role in that solution. We consider service parts the lifeblood of our customer businesses and as such provide around-the-clock and around-the-world parts availability and support. Our dedicated global inventory exceeds $80 million and represents over one million part numbers. With this inventory strategically positioned across four global hubs (North America, South America, Europe, Asia), we can deliver with more than a 90% off-the-shelf availability.

MAG Maintenance Technologies‘ Service Parts programs reduce maintenance costs, reduce total cost of ownership, prolong your machine’s life and increase your machine’s availability to serve your demanding production schedules.

Global Parts Support
Our service response not only includes our world-class Call Center with 24/7 operation staffed with highly-qualified parts support specialists, but our On-Line Parts Store provides convenience for rapid order placement, consumables replenishment, inventory availability, price checking, tracking and order status. We can evaluate your machine type and service history records to customize a package of parts and units specifically designed to lower your cost and increase machine availability.

Recommendred Parts Package
MAG Maintenance Technologies‘ recommended spare and repair parts deliver the quality and reliability that only original equipment replacement parts can provide. These can also be ordered as part of Repair Parts Maintenance (RPM) Kits – machine-specific parts packages with off-the-shelf availability.

Supporting Brands You Trust
We provide parts and service for over 50 legacy machine tool brands still found in the installed base today. MAG Maintenance Technologies uses historical records dating back to the late 1800’s to help exceed customer expectations. Maintaining these historical records is vital to our customers’ continued success. Without this information, we are unable to offer critical parts for older machines still in operation today. Legacy parts not readily available in inventory may also be manufactured on-demand for a customer by using our historical parts documentation and product expertise.
